ENGINE
The Ducati Multistrada V4 is powered by a new, liquid-cooled, four-cylinder, V-layout, four-valve per cylinder with classic springs instead of Ducati's traditional desmodromic drive. The declared maximum power output of the Ducati Multistrada V4 engine is 170hp and 125Nm

CHASSIS
The chassis consists of an aluminum monocoque frame and a steel tubular subframe, an aluminum double-sided swingarm. The semi-active Ducati Skyhook Suspension is equipped with an automatic leveling function (i.e. adjusting the preload based on the load). The suspension travels are 170mm at the front and 180mm at the rear. The Multistrada V4 has four-piston Brembo Stylema brake calipers on 330mm discs. The rear wheel is equipped with a 265mm disc and a Brembo twin-piston floating caliper.

ELECTRONIC ASSISTANTS
The Multistrada V4 is equipped with electronic assistants: tilt ABS, wheelie control, traction control, hill assist, and cornering lights. The Ducati Multistrada V4 is the first production bike to feature adaptive cruise control with blind spot monitoring using Bosch's multi-zone radar front and rear. Adaptive cruise control controls the braking system and throttle position to achieve a user-selected minimum distance from the vehicle in front.
